We export over 450,000 tons of aluminum profiles and aluminum products annual. with 15 smelting furnaces, 13 casting wells, 54 extrusion lines and 10,000 tons of extrusion machines, 20 aging furnaces, 3 oxidation production lines, and a powder spray paint spraying assembly line. We have over 100,000 molds, over 50 certificates, and 332 patents.
Q2. If I need sample, could you support?What`s your MOQ?
A: Free samples are avaliable, but customers should pay for the shipping cost. In case of any misunderstanding, we appreciate that you can provide us the Intermational Express Account for Freight Collect. MOQ: 1metre ton for each model.
Q3. What`s the thickness for anodizing? Can you do 15 um?
A:Our normal thickness is about 10 um. Yes, we can do 20um and above.
Q4.What color you can do for powder coating? The thickness for powder coating?
A: We can do any color for powder coating as long as you can provide the color sample. Our powder coating thickness is usually
between 60-80um.
Q5. How do you charge the mold fee?
A: In case we need to open new mold for your ordered profiles, the mold fee will be refounded to customers when your order quantity reach a certain amout.
Q6. If buyer requests to make a new mold, do you need the buyer to provide the drawing?
A: Buyer can sent us samples.Of course, you can also give us drawings. We can also make new drawings according to your requirements.
